CRESCENT ACADEMY
I have worked at Crescent Academy as a Lead Dean of Operations, Culture, and Climate (K-8) for over 8 years. Together, we created a number of successful projects that helped our teachers' and students' academic and Social-Emotional Learning achievement.
CS PARTNERS
Presenter at the 2019 Annual Fall CSP Partners School Conference for 18 different charter schools. The presentations focused on classroom engagement and behavioral modification strategies.
YMCA GOAL LINE
Trained and supported the YMCA Detroit Public School GOAL Line afterschool program. Provided support with the development of a Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) program and classroom management plan for small groups.
THE YUNION
Trained and supported the Yunion staff on effective classroom management and small group facilitation.
WAYNE RESA
For the past three years, I have provided classroom management training to over 60 teachers in the WAYNE RESA district as part of the classroom management institution workshops.
EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES
Each year, I present at various education conferences in Michigan and other surrounding cities to connect and provide resources for teachers.
